Alberto Luna is a Performance & Executive Coach and Strategic Advisor based in Rome, with over thirty years of experience at the intersection of leadership, organizational dynamics, and human performance. He has served as advisor to the leadership of major Italian institutions — including CDP Venture Capital, Terna, ENI, Sky Italia, and Telecom Italia — and contributed to the growth and development of several startups that have since become established, successful companies. Earlier in his career, he held strategic roles at Poste Italiane, Olivetti, and Telecom Italia, and worked as a Senior Executive Partner at Talent Garden, Europe's leading innovation hub. From 2007 to 2010, he co-founded the World Cinema Foundation alongside Martin Scorsese, directing a global network of filmmakers around a shared cultural mission.
