Alberto Luna is a strategic communications and institutional advisor based in Rome, with over thirty years of experience guiding leadership teams through complex transitions in regulated, infrastructure-driven sectors. He has advised the leadership of major Italian institutions — including Ferrovie dello Stato, CDP, CDP Venture Capital, ENI, Terna, Poste Italiane, and Telecom Italia — and served as a counselor to the Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri, within the Department for Sport and Youth Policy. He has also contributed to the growth of several startups that have since become established, successful companies. Earlier in his career, he held senior communication roles at Olivetti, was part of the Institutional Affairs team at Infostrada — the first Italian competitor to Telecom Italia's fixed-line business — served as Director of Corporate Communication at Gruppo Telecom Italia — and held a senior role at Poste Italiane. He was also Senior Executive Partner at Talent Garden, Europe's leading innovation hub. From 2007 to 2010, he co-founded the World Cinema Foundation alongside Martin Scorsese, directing a global network of filmmakers around a shared cultural mission. He is the author of Il Software Invisibile, an essay on protecting the human asset within large decision-making infrastructures. Today, through Alberto Luna Advisory, he supports organizations in regulated sectors — energy, infrastructure, finance, pharmaceuticals — on strategic communication and institutional relations at the moments that matter most.
